Contributions to CITF
Riya is an invaluable asset to the Founder’s team and understands its functioning inside-out. She serves as the bridge between the Founder(s) of CITF and the individual team leads. She plays this extremely challenging role of being an initiator and a mediator, with utmost elegance and competence. She is a keen listener, versatile manager, and a strategic problem-solver for the team leads. She exemplifies that age is not a hindrance when you have the right intent!
